May Lou joined Nirvana Memorial Garden in 2011 as a Service Advisor under the agency Zenbox. She believes in providing world class services to her clients and doing the best in her abilities to suit her clients’ needs. She was promoted to the position of Service Director in 2012, then District Service Advisor in 2015. In 2021, she was promoted to the position of Business Development Director where she leads her own team of associates while still maintaining word class service for her clients.
